The New Adages: Better or Worse?

The New Adages: Better or Worse?

The New Adages: Better or Worse?

When you do something that you are not quite sure about, stop for a moment after and ask yourself “do I feel better or do I feel worse?".

As you quickly think about this, the answer is usually very clear and direct. Make a mental note about how that action made you feel, and move on. It is surprising how deeply this little phrase affects your future actions and thoughts. This gets you in touch with that still inner voice we all have, that truly knows us and has our best interests at heart.

By often saying “better or worse?” and not overthinking whatever we did, be it an action, a comment or a thought, we create a new thought pattern that replaces the old one. And remember, when you change your thinking, you change your life.
